Niki brings more than 15 years of pharmaceutical expertise and experience to Infinity as director of Specialty Services. Intensely focused on the unique needs of specialty care patients, she oversees all aspects of the niche division, including account management with client healthcare organizations and service delivery to their patients.
Prior to joining Infinity, Niki served as a national account manager for Apotex Corporation, the largest Canadian-owned pharmaceutical company, where she established strong long-term business relationships over a seven-year period with large, national, alternate care and managed care accounts. She also was responsible for the development of new strategic product programs. Prior to Apotex, Niki directed contract negotiations and implementations at Pharmaceutical Buyers Inc. for 10 years, where she developed a hospice pharmacy program and served as a member of the company’s marketing team among other responsibilities. Niki earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.
In her off hours, Niki continues to take care of people – her kids, her husband Doug (Smock), and, every once in a while, herself.
