As the Billing Manager for Infinity, Jo Anna brings 20 years of revenue cycle management experience to our team and customers. She has gained valuable experience working in many areas of the healthcare industry. Most recently, she managed the billing and patient financial services department at a large national specialty pharmacy company here in the DFW area. Jo Anna is very passionate about building strong relationships with our communities, it’s residents and families by providing ethical and fiscally sound billing practices. She continuously strives to create a great working environment for her employees, which then translates to great customer service for those who entrust us with their care.
Jo Anna earned her MBA from Texas Tech University in Health Organization Management. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She loves football, traveling, and photography.
